Virtual National Scrapbook Day 2020....

It's been over a month since my last post. Our world, my country, has changed in so many ways. Many of us have spent the past month in isolation, sheltering in place with our families. Many of us have been on the front lines as essential workers; first responders, healthcare workers, facilities and maintenance, food workers, grocers, gas station attendants... the list goes on, and you are heroes.  Paper-Crafters all around the world have united to help educate children who are now being schooled from home, to provide cards of encouragement to others, and just to keep themselves going as well. The once a week if that visited crafting groups on Facebook are now full of hourly posts, and papers-crafters that have bonded during this time of uncertainty. This year on National Scrapbook Day   we mourned the opportunity to gather in person on this special day for us. A day that would have been full of planned scrapbooking retreats and all day crops, a day that I had prepared for a week in advance and then... nothing happened... no scrapbooking, but I did get my room organized.  So that's a good thing, right. Past two weeks have been so very off, creatively, and life in general...
